WildPlanner Rates Sheet Standard

Effective date: 1 June 2026 · Last updated: June 2026

Every rate sheet produced with WildPlanner Rates follows the same layout — so whoever's reading it, whether that's a travel advisor, another operator, or a client, already knows how to read it.

Why every WildPlanner rate sheet looks the same

If you've received a rate sheet from an operator using WildPlanner, you might've noticed it's laid out consistently — same structure, same terms, easy to scan. That's not an accident, and it's not a rulebook anyone has to follow. It's just what comes out the other end when rates are entered once and formatted properly, every time.

Why it matters

Rate sheets have always been a mess. Every operator's Excel looks different, uses different terms, and takes longer to read than it should — especially when you're comparing several at once, or forwarding one on to a client. That costs time and creates room for mistakes.

We didn't set out to standardise an industry. We just wanted rate sheets that don't need a decoder ring. It turns out that's something operators on the receiving end appreciate too.

What you'll always find on a WildPlanner rate sheet

RACK and STO rates, side by side.
The published rate and the trade rate are both shown, with the discount already calculated — not left for you to work out.

The same terms, every time.
RACK, STO, PAX/Quantity, Occupancy mean the same thing on every sheet, regardless of which operator sent it to you.

WildPlanner ID Number
Each export has a unique ID, meaning that it was produced by our system and complies with our formatting. It also uploads to the WildPlanner tour operator quoting system with no problem.
