Our mission is simple: give travel teams more time for the parts they love.
The parts that made us fall in love with travel in the first place: discovering remarkable places, meeting the people who bring them to life, building long-lasting relationships, and creating journeys others will remember.
Not retyping lodge rates from PDFs. Not rebuilding the same quote in a spreadsheet. Not losing an evening to margins, seasons, currencies, and formatting.
WildPlanner started with a simple frustration: epic safari quotes were still being quoted in messy spreadsheets, dispersed PDFs and long email threads. We knew there had to be a faster, calmer way to turn an enquiry into a ready-to-send quote.
So we built WildPlanner.
Why we built WildPlanner
Most rate and quote tools are built for large enterprises with dedicated back-office teams and large budgets. Solo operators and small, family-run businesses are left struggling with software that is too heavy, too expensive, or just not made for how they actually work. Most travel professionals are using multiple tools at good prices forming a jigsaw system with integrations as needed.
We wanted the opposite: one simple place to store your own rates, build a trip, and send a polished quote in minutes. Without an enterprise price tag. That focus still guides every decision we make.

Who built WildPlanner
From the sisters who brought you WildHire, we combined our left (Olivia) and right (Victoria) brains to bring you WildPlanner. We married our love of travel and mega efficiency into one product.
Obsessed with clear, fast tools, Victoria shapes the product so that going from enquiry to sent quote feels effortless for you. With 10+ years in product, your feedback will probably go straight into our roadmap.
Olivia has experienced the pains of safari itinerary building and quoting by hand. She makes sure that our algorithms work so you can focus on what matters, building epic trips for customers.
